Costs

All orders within the Continental United States that are over $99 will receive FREE shipping!

For orders that are less than $99 shipping will be charged based on our real time shipping feeds.

Timing

Please allow 3-5 days for your Pure Fiji order to arrive at your door step depending on the shipping method you selected. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live. 

Pure Fiji endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc.)

Tracking

If you need us to track your parcel, or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely - please check the emailed tracking number or contact us.

Delivery

As a signature is required on delivery, we suggest a work address or an address where someone will be able to sign for it.

If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification and options for delivery.  

Pure Fiji does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for & delivered.
