Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse and shop at Pure Fiji, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Making our website accessible is an ongoing part of how we look after it.

The standard we work to

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our guide when we design and develop this website. The guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we do

  • Test the website regularly, using automated checks, keyboard-only testing and screen readers.
  • Fix accessibility issues when we find them.
  • Check new pages, features and design changes for accessibility.
  • Ask the companies that provide tools on our website about the accessibility of their products.

Content from other companies

Some parts of our website are provided by other companies, including checkout and payment, product reviews, rewards, subscriptions and email sign-up forms. We choose and set up these tools with accessibility in mind, but we do not fully control how they work. If one of them gets in your way, please let us know and we will help you another way.
