Shipping Costs

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 within the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).

For orders under $99, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates.

Timing

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and handling, plus 2–5 business days for shipping depending on your selected shipping method and location.

We do our best to get your island escape to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events such as weather or strikes.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email directly from FedEx with your tracking information. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

Delivery

 Please ensure you provide a safe and secure shipping address. Pure Fiji is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
